You may disable Mute Mode but turning off the slider from the Mute Mode section. If it's still on even after doing this, please try to restart the Trend Micro program. From the system tray look for the Trend micro logo, right click it then choose exit.

Welcome to the Trend Micro Home Users Community!
You may disable Mute Mode but turning off the slider from the Mute Mode section. If it's still on even after doing this, please try to restart the Trend Micro program. From the system tray look for the Trend micro logo, right click it then choose exit.
