Can't activate new subscription

I have a new windows laptop and purchased a new subscription but can't get it to activate. When I sign in I get a message indicating that I'm successfully signed in, close the window and use the app. The window for the app opens but is blank with no content. I have been around the same loop endlessly. Reinstalled the program with no success, same issue.
