Are these really Spyware?

When TrendMicro does it's scan, these same program files keep coming up. I'm just wondering if they are really Spyware like it says:

c:\program files (x86)\common files\updater\API_Server.db     Threat Name is Adware_KeenValue

c:\program files (x86)\common files\updater\Assign_Server.db

This is just one example. There are usually like 40 of these every month. All of the extensions are .db

Hi, Michelle Gorka

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community

One possible reason why you are experiencing this one is that Trend Micro detected and deleted a malicious file, spyware, that can put your computer at risk.

Another possible reason is Trend Micro suspects the detected file as a spyware and cannot delete the file due to access permissions. If this is the case kindly manually delete the file, then run a full scan on your computer.

Hope this helps In case you need more help, please let us know immediately.
