Allowing a site not working?

One of my frequent sites has recently been blocked by Trend Micro, so I unblocked it, but it's still blocking individual pages and aspects of the site. I'm having to allow a section, reload a page and allow another over and over until I've gotten full access to one page, and then do it all again on the next page. I thought I was supposed to be able to allow the whole site but entering the domain the exceptions list?

May I know what website it is so we can check? We would appreciate it if you can send us the exact blocking message that you get or a screenshot of it.

 

Also, when adding the website to the exception list, make sure to add asterisks (*) on the domain to include other pages. 

 

Sample:

  • http*://*.trendmicro.com/*
  • http*://*.antivirus.com/*

@catherine_joy_dela_cruz Thanks for the link, I've figured out what the problem was. I hadn't noticed the asterisks near the start of the link in the pre-existing trusted website list, and I didn't realise they helped mean "all pages of this domain" as it was not clear. It seems to be working fine now I know how to correctly add pages
