Add Option to Identify Legitimate Tools which Can be Misused for SCAM Purposes

Hi,

It would be great to add an option in Trend Micro that can identify websites such as helpme.net, teamviewer.com etc and the tools themselves and warn users clearly that these can be used as part of SCAM routines.
