$100 Cash back rethink
I get regular emails asking me to renew my subscription. Currently you're offering a $100 cash back. I won't be renewing for several reasons covered in previous posts. Your marketing dept should rethink this strategy. 1. Researching here finds many posts about difficulties in redeeming past cash backs. 2. I can walk into a JB-HiFi or Office Works and pick up a competitors product for the same price, same subscription period and device count, without having to go through the cash back. What are you trying to achieve? Are you hoping most customers forget to claim it, or have difficulties and give up?
