"Pay Guard" pop up keeps returning even after I uncheck marked it and click on it to never show it again

​The Trend Micro "pay guard" ​​pop up keeps coming back even after I uncheck marked it in the pop up​​ (​​and also note to never show it again​​) on pretty much any site like Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.  I have gone to the pay guard configuration under privacy settings and ensured that it is ​​uncheckmarked​​ to ask every time.  I uninstalled Trend Micro and reinstalled it, but it continues to pop up.  Any ideas on how to stop the pop ups?​
