WHY? This was totally unexpected. I spoke with Trendmicro premium support to see if they knew anything. They did not, & were unaware of the move by Mozilla. My opinion: for freeware, Firefox is kind of high-handed. I emailed FF support(?), got no response. Switched to Google, problem solved! This whole thing was very maddening and left me feeling like Mozilla  didn't give a sh*t what their subscribers thought. Going with Google seemed to be the lesser of all the evils, time will tell.

Hi Graeme

We are already aware of this issue with Mozilla Firefox. You may use other supported browsers like what rockiefish did or update your Mozilla Firefox to version 66.04. Let us know if the same issue will persist

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Trend Micro Toolbar disabled in Firefox 66.0.3.

Trend Micro Toolbar could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled. I'm using Windows 10 Pro version 1803. 64 bit operating system

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled latest firefox 66.0.3 will not allow trend password extension install, says it is....

strange, the last firefox update was april 11th 2019.
password manager extension has dissapeared overnight.
trend micro password manager & trend micro toolbar have been disabled and moved to unsupported, and labeled as 'legacy' extensions

Tech or Cust Supprt,
Actually an update was just done with Firefox and still I'm seeing (Just Did  a Clean Install with Windows 10, so much better when you have the Disc or USB) and still I am not able to sign on to this (I use it a lot - GREAT Feature!!) Yes! I have performed stopping components and re-installing from the SUPPORT linked page brought up. Still trying to refresh, but still no sign in button with unable to help with passwords.

Thank you in advance!!
(I do have the premium with 10 devices expires next year 2020)

All updates were performed Firefox and Windows !) (Recent Feature Update, May have been the cause ?) Otherwise trying to get extension for Firefox and re-routed back to Trend Micro support page is still going on. I have also uninstalled it and re-installed it. Weird !!

Hey Ann,

I've been unable to respond due to me working on a cruise ship, and a stable internet connection is hard to come by. I have updated firefox to version 68.0.1 now, and I re-installed pwm, yet the problem persists. I got chrome, and no issues there.

I Have Firefox version 68.0.1 (64-bit) and it still does not work

I have used Firefox with Trend Max, and have had problems for the last two years.
I am coming up for renewal and have been thinking of changing to another security system and pwm.
Pasword manager "goes to sleep" does not readily respond to new logins.
I am at a loss.
I would like to say fix it or I walk, I know that is drastic but tough times requires drastic.
