@TM_Ann

Good morning,

I have the same problem.

I have auto-renewed my subscription to Pwm this week.

When the subscription activated on your side, my Firefox extension stopped working.

  • I am using Windows 10 updated with the latest microsoft patches, windows update reports no further package to install.
  • I am using Firefox 95.0.2 (64-bit) updated with the latest patches, the about feature reports no further update to download.
  • I am using trend Micro Maximum security version 17.7.12.6, all components are up to date.

I hope I am wrong but I suspect that an outdated extension package is stored in some proxy server and that it might be sending that wrong file instead of the latest one you have.

I wish you and your teams all the best of Health and Success for 2022.

Regards,

~LG~

@tm_kim

Thanks a million !

Manually importing the new root certificate in Firefox settings resolved my torment.

Cheers!
