I share email and computers with my husband. However some of our apps are not shared and we have separate passwords. How can we arrange that if we have the one sign in please?

Welcome to the Trend Micro Home Users Community!
Trend Micro Password Manager is account-based and one license can be registered under one Trend Micro account. It cannot be shared with other users; however, a user can install it on multiple devices using the same Trend Micro Account.
I would recommend having your husband create a new account so a separate Password Manager subscription can be set up.
