Password Manager Subscription
I recently renewed my Maximum Security subscription which I last year used to access Password Manager. After renewing Maximum Security I am unable to access Password Manager and all my passwords, is Password Manager no longer included in this subscription?

Your Password Manager did not automatically synchronize because you purchase a different Trend Micro package instead of renewing your previous subscription.
To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below to manually sync your subscription:
1. Activate your subscription if you haven't already.
2. Open your Password Manager app, then go to Settings > Sign out.
3. Wait for a few seconds, then sign in again.
