Password Manager no longer asks me for my password on Scotia Banking

Password Manager will not automatically sign in or ask me for my password for my banking.  I have deleted all saved information with respect to Scotia Online Banking.  Yet, Password Manager still says it has "access" but like I said it doesn't log me in.

I have deleted the extension and reloaded it.  Only to have same issue.

Any suggestions or feedback would be very helpful

May I know what browser are you using to access this banking website? Can you try to replicate this on other browsers and check if the issue persists?

Is this happening on other websites too? If you can also check if Scotia Banking has updated their website, please let us know.

Another thing that you can try is to clear the cached patterns on the Password Manager Diagnostic Toolkit. Here's how you do it:

1. Open Trend Micro Password Manager Diagnostic Toolkit.
2. Click the Components tab.
3. Click Delete under Clear Cached Patterns.
4. Then try to replicate if the issue will still persist.
