I have followed the notes, but the Extension will not load in Firefox

We would like to take a look at this closely I would like to ask further description and explanation of the symptoms you are experiencing. Please let us know what happened and on what part did you encounter the problem.

Also, please provide us the following information:

1. On what device and its Operating System Version.
2. Exact Error Message on the Trend Micro password manager extension.

Let us know how it goes.

How can we reply to "noreply" email address? But here goes -

Here is a screen shot -

When I press on ":support here" -

This does not help as I AM signed IN, and the Password manage IS properly installed (It works fine in Microsoft Edge, while I have Firefox open)

I am using an HP Computer, Windows 10, and the latest version of Firefox.

The password manager works just fine with Edge, but not with Firefox
