Not putting in Log in details

My bank has separate pages for user name and password. Password manager won't put either detail in. In Paypal it puts my user name in but not the password. Any suggestions?

Hi, kjdunne123

May I know if you encountered any error messages? Did you also get a notification from Trend Micro? May I know how did you add your credit card information to autofill the required fields? what browser were you using before and now?

You may use the Pay Guard feature of Trend Micro to protect your bank information. Trend Micro Pay Guard allows you to access your banking or shopping sites securely through your default browser. W

Hi TM_Richelle, Thanks for your reply.

No error messages in either Log In attempt.

I have been using Chrome for three or four years.

I will try Pay Guard.

One question. If a user name and password are on separate pages, does that cause a problem?

Hi TM_Richelle,

I missed a question there.

I rarely put my credit card information on the internet. I use Paypal for all purchases.

Hi TM_Rochelle,

I am having trouble with more sites, PWM not putting details in. I have reinstalled the program with no success. At the moment it's hopeless. I'll have to switch to an alternative if I don't get some answers from Trend. Do they monitor this site?

Hi, kjdunne123.

Trend Micro Password Manager has an Autofill feature that lets you sign in to your apps instantly on your Android device. Here's how:

Hi Kim,

Thanks. I use PWM on the PC mainly. I have activated Autofill on the mobile and a similar option on my PC. (which I can't find again). I'm still having the same problem on both. I called Trend yesterday and was advised banks are probably doing this as a matter of security, which I find hard to believe.

I have been given a case number, so I will advise them I am still having problems. Thanks for your suggestion.
