Not putting in Log in details
My bank has separate pages for user name and password. Password manager won't put either detail in. In Paypal it puts my user name in but not the password. Any suggestions?

Hi, kjdunne123
May I know if you encountered any error messages? Did you also get a notification from Trend Micro? May I know how did you add your credit card information to autofill the required fields? what browser were you using before and now?
You may use the Pay Guard feature of Trend Micro to protect your bank information. Trend Micro Pay Guard allows you to access your banking or shopping sites securely through your default browser. W
You can read more about Trend Micro Pay Guard on this link:

Hi TM_Richelle, Thanks for your reply.
No error messages in either Log In attempt.
I have been using Chrome for three or four years.
I will try Pay Guard.
One question. If a user name and password are on separate pages, does that cause a problem?

Hi TM_Richelle,
I missed a question there.
I rarely put my credit card information on the internet. I use Paypal for all purchases.

Hi TM_Rochelle,
I am having trouble with more sites, PWM not putting details in. I have reinstalled the program with no success. At the moment it's hopeless. I'll have to switch to an alternative if I don't get some answers from Trend. Do they monitor this site?
