Wifi protection is not working

It keeps saying it’s disabled. I’ve paid for it thru 10/2021

Can you try to double check if your Trend Micro account is logged in, on the settings menu?

 

If it's not, kindly log in to activate the subscription. You can also try to follow the instructions below if the problem is still happening.

 

Error: Cannot Connect to the VPN (WiFi Protection)
