Why did I get an expiration notice when I have auto renew enabled, and it isn’t due until next April?
I received a notice yesterday and today about my subscription expiring today. However, I have auto renew enabled. In addition to that, when I finally found the well hidden license statues page, it shows that my subscription is valid through next April - seven months from now. That is confusing, frustrating, and unprofessional at every level. What is up with your notifications process?
Also, I am fed up with constantly being bombarded with “things to fix” that are merely other products that you are trying to sell me! What that tells me is that if I really need those features, why aren’t they part of “Maximum Security”? Is Maximum Security actually “Minimum
Security”? Your security scan should be just that, NOT a marketing club.
Also, which “Category” below does “Maximum Security” fall under, since it covers home, PC, and mobile?
