Why did I get an expiration notice when I have auto renew enabled, and it isn’t due until next April?

I received a notice yesterday and today about my subscription expiring today. However, I have auto renew enabled. In addition to that, when I finally found the well hidden license statues page, it shows that my subscription is valid through next April - seven months from now. That is confusing, frustrating, and unprofessional at every level. What is up with your notifications process?

Also, I am fed up with constantly being bombarded with “things to fix” that are merely other products that you are trying to sell me! What that tells me is that if I really need those features, why aren’t they part of “Maximum Security”? Is Maximum Security actually “Minimum

Security”? Your security scan should be just that, NOT a marketing club.

Also, which “Category” below does “Maximum Security” fall under, since it covers home, PC, and mobile?

May we verify on what device did you receive the renewal notice? Upon checking, your license expires on April 2021.

 

If you are receiving the renewal notice on your mobile device, please make sure your account is signed in on the app to activate your license.

 

Maximum Security is a multi-platform license. It can protect Android, iOS, Windows and Mac OS devices.

Typical Marking Baloney! Their new Marketing scheme is to bombard you with Bullxxxs requests so you'll buy the next year when you're still no finished with the last subscription. Then they start your new subscription on that date so you LOSE all of the time left of your last year's subscription! Clever huh?

The reason why you are receiving renewal notifications is due to your previous subscriptions. We do not intend anyone to lose any of the months they pay.
