Hi fantuna,
Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!
You will need to manually turn off the Web Guard from the Mobile Security. You can also turn it off from the VPN Settings of your device by following the steps below:
1. Open the Settings of your device.
2. Tap VPN.
3. Tap the i icon beside Web Guard Protection.
4. Toggle off Connect On Demand.
