Touch fingerprint does not work on apple ipad
I downloaded trend micro and certain areas ask for my touch fingerprint. I am not offered the option of using passcode. Is there a way to change this

Hi, msretirement!
Welcome To Trend Micro Home Users Community.
Fingerprint touch will be required by Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS if and only if the iOS device has the touch ID settings and enabled beforehand.
It will only change to passcode if the fingerprint was not recognized by the device.
If you wish to use the passcode instead kindly disable the Touch ID on your iPad and set your passcode.
