the mobile security keeps wanting me to activate the second level security and I don’t want to. It keeps found the scans a says I have things to fix. I’m not going to activate it so why should it get notices. And the scan would tell me if there is a problem like scan found something or the scan failed. Not hey I did a scan etc

May I know what specific feature is suggested for activation? if you don't want to set it up you can tap the Ignore option for the corresponding feature under Things to Fix.
