Not tracking

Even though I keep the App open both on my iPad and iPhone the damned thing keeps telling me it has not tracked my activity for a week or so, so frustrated as I never close the app, I keep it going all the time, well put it this way it should be open all the time as I never close it and never swipe it off! It also does not pick up spam and junk in my emails! I have to physically block them!

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community!

Mobile Security may not be able to track your activities because of the following:

- Web Guard is turned off

- No browsing activity is done on SafeSurfing

- WiFi Checker is turned off 

- Fraud Buster is turned off

You may close the app and still see activities under Security Report. You will only need to do the following so the app can track your activities:

- Turn on Web Guard

- Browse using SafeSurfing

- Turn on WiFi Checker

- Turn on Fraud Buster
