Not able to get internet

I recently purchased VPN Proxy One Pro since installing I have not able to use my internet, get mail or load other Apps unless Im at home near my Wi-Fi. I checked I have the current version.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue besides uninstalling the App and kissing my money goodbye.

Please provide the following information below to narrow down the concern.

1. What device do you encounter the issue?
2. Do you have other VPN program? If yes, please disable it then check if you can access the internet.
3. Did you receive any error message? Please provide the exact error message. 

If the issue is with your mobile phone and you have Trend Micro Mobile Security, please disable the Web Guard then test if you can access the internet.
