How and I change to my New credit card
Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.
Currently, there's no option to change billing details as our sales department is offline. If you wish to prevent your subscription from renewing on the wrong account we can turn off the autorenewal then you can manually renew it using your new card.
To manually renew your subscription, kindly click the Trend Micro account portal and log in your Trend Micro account. After that you should see a button " Renew Now " on your license to renew your subscription.
