​Mobile VPN keeps switching off without phone restart. Any ideas? ​

Trend Micro VPN Proxy One Pro connection may disconnect if:

  • The app is not properly installed or configured.
  • There is a conflicting third-party app on your device. This can be other VPN apps.

What you can do is make sure your subscription is activated and uninstall conflicting apps.

Make sure your subscription is activated:

  1. Check your subscription and make sure your device is registered under your license.
  2. Open the VPN Proxy One Pro app.
  3. Click the Profile icon, then sign in.
  4. Update the app to receive the latest app and subscription updates.
  5. Check the expiry date to verify if the subscription has been updated.
