Mobile Security

I have previously had a copy of Mobile security on my Iphone 11. It  expired a few weeks ago.

I have registered  a new copy of Personal Mobile  Security for my Iphone 11 on the Trendmicro website and  received a confirmation by email although the confirmation said the program had expired about nine and a  half months previously(a load of nonsense). On Logging into Trend Website the registration appears correct.

I have installed a new copy of Mobile Security (now a bundle of 3 separate programs) from the Apple Store to Iphone 11.

The program appears to have installed OK  And running a Scan appears to work  OK. However it displays a message "Buy/ Activate" as well as Expired 29 Sept 2021 (another load of nonsense).

When I select "buy/Activate I am thrown to another screen that invites me to buy either by monthly or yearly for upgrade to "Premium options" Across the top of the screen I get "purchase to unlock all premium features".

As all I want is for the mobile to security to just work with some CLEAR indication that the  mobile security is INSTALLED AND PROPERLY LICENSED without all the confusing and incorrect nonsense above.

I have been using an installing Trend Micro products for myself. relatives and friends on Windows platforms without problems for about 15 Years

I’ve had the same problem, I notified Trend to no avail. I finally went to Avast.

Please try to follow the steps provided below and check if the issue still the persists:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Mobile Security app.
  2. Scroll down then select Settings,
  3. Tap Trend Micro account then tap Account Control 
  4. Tap Sign-out 
  5. Once done, try to sign-in the account that has an active Mobile Security subscription
