We have renewed our protection but the expiry date has not flowed through to our mobile devices and it won’t refresh

Thanks but the logout page isn’t available… after I’ve clicked on sign out….

Hi @brendo_m,

Once you've sign out of your Trend Micro account, go to Settings. Under Account & Registration, tap Setup an account and you may sign-in with your Trend Micro account from there.

@tm_klariz​ thank you but I can’t sign out! I click on “sign out” and the screen that pops up says “this page is unavailable”….. 🤷🏼‍♀️ what next?????

Kindly try to reinstall the Trend Micro Mobile Security on your devices then use your existing Trend Micro account to sign-in and update your account on the mobile app.
