Mobile App takes forever to load

I’m trying to activate my purchased subscription on the mobile app. So far this has been impossible because I get this loading screen that never stops loading/seems to freeze the app. I have plenty of storage space abs my wi-fi connection is strong. Any ideas of why this is happening/what to do?

Can you try to reinstall the Mobile Security app? Once reinstalled, follow the steps below to activate your license.

1. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security.

2. Scroll down until you see Settings then open it.

3. Tap Set Up Account.

4. Enter your Email address and Password then Sign In.

5. Tap Next on the window that will appear.

6. Choose which subscription you would want to use.

7. A dropdown will appear, tap Use this subscription and tap OK.
