Mobile App Subscription

I have attempted to purchase a subscription for the mobile app, and it appears Apple charged me, but it will not recognize it. It wants me to buy again, and when I go to restore it, it gives a ”complete” message but nothing changes.

Kindly try the instruction below to update your Mobile Security subscription.


1. Open the Mobile Security app.

2. Scroll down, go to "Settings".

3. Please sign out of your account.
4. Sign in again to your account.
