ID Security
On more than one occasion my I’d security on my iOS device has been remotely logged out also other times just certain items have been removed and I had to replace them and re verify those accounts. The most concerning part of all of this is that nothing was detected on any occasion. There has been other incidents where my Facebook account has been compromised posts edited and removed however still nothing detected. I am becoming increasingly sceptical that this feature or application actually works.

Welcome to TM Community, we appreciate you reporting this issue that you are having.
We may need to further investigate what you are encountering. Here's what you can do:
1. Ensure that your ID Security is on its latest version.
a. Go to Google Play Store for Android devices or the App Store for iPhones.
b. Check if there's an update available.
2. Check if you successfully activated your Trend Micro subscription on the app itself.
a. You may check it on the 3 dashes on the top right part of the app
b. Tap Settings.
c. You should see your email address as your Trend Micro account if it has been successfully activated. If not, you may press on set up the account to sign in to the Trend Micro account that you have.
For the Facebook posts that have been edited or removed, we recommend you to check your privacy settings on your Facebook posts using Social Privacy Security feature in Trend Micro Mobile Security.
If the issue still persists on Trend Micro ID Security, please let us know so we can investigate this issue further.
