Getting charged for subscriptions but it is not active
Since the Calendar update none of my 3 phones have active subscriptions though I am getting charged. The expiration date shows 2018, 2020 & 2021. Trend Micro chat person said that’s because my trial versions have expired. Well then why am I still getting charged every month? The app says I already have bought subscriptions when I try to renew it. He said there’s no way to upload documents to show that I am still getting charged. This is annoying and needs to get sorted out.

We do not see an active license on your account as well. Please check if you are using the same email address on your Trend Micro and Apple account. You need to use the email address on your Apple account to activate your subscription to your Mobile Security app.
To verify the charge, you may check the subscription on your iPhone and cancel it from there if it is active:
