Expiration & renewal
My subscription expired. That week I renewed it. I was charged twice. But, it was never renewed. I have been communicating with chat help forward two days trying unsuccessfully to get it to reload. They tell me and ask me to do the same things over & over but it doesn’t work! I’ve purchased this but they didn’t give it to me or offer a refund, or offer a working solution.

I have checked the case and found that the purchased subscription has been merge and upgraded to Trend Micro Maximum Security for 2 years and 5 devices.
Also, I have checked your account and you already have 1 device connected to it which is a Trend Micro Mobile Security. To fully activate the subscription, you may refer to the link down below.
