Cannot Activate Best Buy iPad plan using member and serial numbers

Account states serial number expired although I havent found where to enter it or the member number emailed from Best Buy. Original Best Buy link produced error that program not available in my region or country so I installed from apple apstore and set up a Trend account, which is how i learned that the serial number that I havent even entered yet is expired.
