Camera roll scan crashes app

Unable to scan camera roll photos, it starts scanning and then the app crashes. iOS 16.1.2 iPhone 12

Hi @francesblake!

This is not the usual behavior of the Trend Micro Mobile Security App. Let's check if the app is up-to-date.

Get the latest version on iOS/iPadOS

Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
Search for Trend Micro Mobile Security.
Tap the Update button beside TM Mobile Security.
If instead, you see the Open button, it means it is already running in the latest version.
