App will not open lost device protection

Hi @mbpattersonsf,

In order to activate Lost Device Protection, you have to enable app permissions.

To resolve the issue, you may follow the steps on the article provided below.

Cannot turn ON Lost Device Protection on iPhone or iPad

I checked all of my settings and the lost device protection still does not work.

For clarification, the Lost Device Protection button on the main menu of your Trend Micro application is not working. Could you provide the application version of your Trend Micro Mobile Security app?
