Account subscription

My ANZ showed trend micro taking money out of my account to pay for the auto subscription which is fair enough but it keeps saying my subscription is expired.

Upon checking your subscription, it is valid until May 23, 2022. May we know on what device did you encounter the issue?

 

For Mobile devices, kindly follow the steps provided below:

1. Open the Mobile Security App 
2. Go to the Setting of the App
3. Tap Sign Out

4. Tap 'Set-up an Account' then sign your Trend Micro Account
