WebGuard Accessibility
Constant on/off WebGuard Accessibility issues. All this is coming from this "little man" issue in right hand bottom corner. Get with Samsung/Android about this please or tell me how to get rid of it permanently.

It seems like you are referring to the Mobile Security Shortcut. You may turn off the shortcut icon from the Accessibility settings. Here are the steps on how to turn it off:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Accessibility
3. Look for Mobile Security, and turn off the shortcut.
