Web guard is always closing by itself. A warning appears than i have to activate it from allowings. İs it normal?

After configuring Webguard, it will activate and operate in the background without requiring manual intervention. However, if your device is currently in power saving mode, Webguard may deactivate since power saving mode tends to terminate certain background applications, leading to its automatic closure.
