You may follow the steps below on to resolve this.

1. On your Android device, open Smart Manager.
2. Tap RAM, then tap Auto Run Apps.
3. Look for Trend Micro Mobile Security from the list, then toggle the switch to ON.

Hi. Sorry but I cannot find smart manager or any auto run apps option on the phone.

1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.
2. then Look for Smart Manager

Please go to battery settings of your phone also, go to background usage limits and add Mobile Security to the Never sleeping apps list.
