Web Guard blocking doorbell Camera

Web guard is blocking my Telus security doorbell camera when using the Telus security app.

Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.

Main reason why the app isn't working is because Mobile Security has a VPN feature called Web Guard. This feature masks your connection and protect your browsing. The Ring app doesn't support VPN since it requires your device to freely communicate to your doorbell without a masked connection.

You may try to turn off Web Guard when you want to use the Ring app. Your device will still be protected as long as you re-enable Web Guard when you want to use your phone for browsing or if you no longer need to use the Ring app.
