Hi @jo_nett!

Usually, this happens when;

  • There is another VPN app installed on your device that is conflicting with the Trend Micro VPN processes. You need to uninstall the other app.
  • The internet connection is intermittent. Connect to a different internet connection.
  • Trend Micro Mobile Security App is outdated. Here's How to get the latest version of Mobile Security on Android.
