Welcome to Trend Micro Home Users Community.

 

To re-activate Trend Micro on your phone, please try to follow the instruction below to update your license.

  • Android Device
  1. On the Mobile Security main screen, tap the Menu button.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under Account & Subscription, select Sign out.
  4. Type your Trend Micro account password, then tap OK to sign out. 
  5. Try to sign in again your account on the Mobile Security settings then check the expiration date
  • iOS Device
  1. Open the  Mobile Security app
  2. Scroll down and go to Settings 
  3. Under Account & Subscription, tap Sign out.
  4. Try to sign in again your account on the Mobile Security settings then check the expiration date
