Hi, cmllrdrgz

Sorry to hear that you keep on getting spam emails. To stop these unwanted ads on your email, you may unsubscribe to them and mark them as spam. You may also manage the incoming messages by creating rules to filter your emails.  Here are the links for the instructions:

We have a feature called Fraud Buster. Enabling this feature allows Trend Micro to scan your email content to protect you against scam, phishing, and suspicious emails. You may check this page for more details:

@tm_rochelle Everything is coming thru text messages which utilize an email address. Every text message I receive has a different email address but same content.

Apologies for the inconveniences this has caused you, cmllrdrgz

Avoid opening spam messages and text scams. Never reply and don't click any links from these messages. Have you tried to report the numbers? Here's how you can report spam text:

Please check if the Trend Micro Fraud Buster is enabled on your device, it checks your messages for security threats whenever you receive an SMS or MMS. Here's how:

  1. Open the Mobile Security app.
  2. From the list of features, select Fraud Buster
  3. Allow all the needed permissions.
  4. Read the Fraud Buster Data Collection, then tap Accept.
  5. Toggle the switch to ON beside the Fraud Buster.
