Text messages from email addresses containing pornography

I am receiving different text messages incoming to my cell number with the same link directingnit to different pornographic sites. How do I stop this?! I am tired of it!!! They come from gmail, hotmail, Microsoft!!!!!

@tm_rochelle Everything is coming thru text messages which utilize an email address. Every text message I receive has a different email address but same content.
