Have received notification that my virus protection has expired yet have paid  for a year which ends in Jan. with an automatic renewal. do I protection or not. if not I will have to find a new provider

Welcome to Trend Micro Home User Community.


We checked your account, your subscription is valid January 26, 2022. May we know on what device did you see that the protection has expired? 


To re-activate your license on mobile device, follow these steps:

1. Open Mobile Security.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Tap Sign out

4. Tap Set up account then sign in your Trend Micro account.


For a computer, follow these steps:

1. Open the Trend Micro main console.

2. Click the silhouette of a man at the top right.

3. Click Subscription Information then enter your serial number.
