Still wanting money at end of trial period, after deducting funds

Renewed subscription ( yearly subscription already paid) still telling me that I have to pay to unlock all the features.

Please try to follow the steps below to reactivate your subscription:

  1. Open your Trend Micro app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. On Settings, sign out your Trend Micro account. 
  4. Go back to Settings then tap "Set up account" to sign in your Trend Micro account.

Might have to try ringing Trend .
