Lost Device Location not working
I have deleted and re-installed both the Trend app on my phone ( Samsung Note4 Android version 6.0.1 ) plus the complete version of Max Security on my desktop. I have sent every screenshot that Trend have requested plus a couple more about my phone but have received no help in resolving this. I have even
suggested that I won't re-new my very expensive subscription but even that has been ignored. WHAT MORE DO I NEED TO DO????
