I am told I have a privacy concern but when I try and fix it, it doesn't work. It appears your system is not as good as it should be

Why won't Trend fix a privacy problem it has identified?

This what I get whenever I log on to facebook I get the fowwowing message.
Trend Micro Security
7 Privacy Concerns Found
Click the button below to get started with improving your Facebook privacy settings.Learn more
but whenever I click on fix it it doesn't work . It comes up with "something went wrong"
My faith in Trend is somewhat tainted. I would have expected realtime assistance whenever I raise an issue.
