Fraud Buster missing scam messages

Trend Micro Fraud Buster is not picking up Scam SMS Messages, and the link to report these messages has also disappeared too. This is not what I would expect from a recently purchased 2 year subscription to be doing on my device.

Please check if the Faud Buster feature is turned on. You can follow the instruction in this support page.

If it's turned on and still having the same issue. Please reinstall the Trend Micro Mobile Security.

Also, it would help us a lot if you can provide the mobile device that you are you using?

I have a Samsung S20 FE. There is nothing wrong with the phone. 

Fraud buster, pay guard, Web guard repeatedly turn themselves off. This is a rubbish product.

I re-installed the whole software on my S10+ G965 device several times, thinking that a reset would fix any/all issues. This software was working for about 3-4 weeks in the beginning, but the software just stopped working for no aparent reason, and no warnings were given it would stop working completely.

I was bombarded with scam messages, scam calls and this is not something I would expect from Trend Micro Software to be doing.

There was absolutely no way I could even use Fraud Buster, even after re-install. I have not been able to report any messages whatsoever to Trend Micro about the Scams ever since.

I have noticed it is very difficult to reactivate fraud buster after it has without warning disengaged. 

I too have reinstalled trend micro software however it did not fix anything.

Thanks for explaining further. This is not how the app should behave. Are there any changes on your phone, like a new app installed?

Let's follow the steps on this Trend Micro Support page:  Web Guard keeps turning off Android

If you encounter the same issue, we will contact you privately to collect product logs. This will help us pinpoint what's causing this behavior.

Another helpful info is screenshots of the scam messages that Mobile Security is not capturing.

As previously stated, I updated Trend Micro Maximum Security with Home Network Security, and Microsoft Edge  was probably the only major app update. Otherwise, no major stuff other than common updates.
