cannot login to trend on new samsung phone
Hi, I cannot login to trend micro on parners new samsung phone, uninstalled app, reinstalled app, restarted phone, deleted cache in app, deleted connected devices already connected to trend, now cannot reconnect my existing samsung phone, just get the spinning circle that never stops spinning

We'll need more information to better understand the issue you're having with the program. Kindly provide the OS version, phone model and TM program version installed. Can you please confirm if you're stuck on the activation part?
You may also try to connect to another network so we can isolate the issue.
Once the program has been reinstalled, please follow the steps below to activate the subscription on the mobile phone:
1. Open Trend Micro Mobile Security.
2. Tap on the three dots on the top right corner of the console. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Set Up Account.
4. Enter your Email address and Password then Sign In.
5. Tap Next on the window that will appear.
6. Choose which subscription you would want to use.
7. A dropdown will appear, tap Use this subscription and tap OK.
