Can not log in

I have TrendMicro on my laptop.  I have added my Samsung cell phone to my account, have the app on my phone, but cannot login to my account.  When I go online on my laptop, it doesn't show that my Samsung has been added.

Also, the WiFi checker on the phone app does not allow me to do a scan, says everything is working fine,  but I want to force it to scan, especially if I change wifi's.

Upon checking, you only have 1 device under your Trend Micro subscription and there are 9 remaining seats. You can double-check your account and the devices under it by signing in to your Trend Micro account on this link.


To install it on your Mobile phone, you may follow this step:
1. Go to Playstore (Android) / Appstore (IOS)
2. Search for Trend Micro Mobile Security 
3. Click Install


To activate it, here's how:

1. Open your Trend Micro Mobile Security app
2. Scroll down then tap Settings
3. On the Settings, tap "Set up account" to sign in to your Trend Micro account.


When you run a scan, do you get any messages? Be sure also to keep your Mobile Security up-to-date.
