I have renewed my subscription to Trendmicro but my details haven't changed. When I open the scan centre it still tells me my subscription ends in 13 days. is this because that has to run out before I get updated?

Upon checking, your subscription is updated until 02/20/2024.


May I know on what device are you seeing it not updated? In case the expiry date on your mobile device has not yet change, please follow the steps below:


1. Open your Trend Micro Mobile Security app. 
2. Scroll down then tap Settings. 
3. On the Settings, tap "Sign out" to sign out your Trend Micro account. 
4. After that, go to Settings again then tap "Set up account" to sign in to your Trend Micro account.
