Network Extension - Nightmares

The new updates and the trend micro-network extension are causing me constant problems. 

I have never had to add a DNS address for my home network. Now it is always required, then it disappears.

I have issues with this and considering the fee I pay for the Premium service I am very disappointed. It would be nice if someone would contact me.

I was chatting with Trend support in the USA between 3.30 am 4.30 am today (Sydney time) and they asked me to call later as there were no available engineers (Chat transcript available Trend).

Not happy Trend.....

To help you on your concern, I would like to ask further description and explanation of the symptoms you are experiencing. Please let us know what happened and on what part did you encounter the problem.

 

Also, please provide us the following information:

 

1. On what device and its Operating System Version.
2. Exact Error Message if there's any.
3. Screenshots of the problem if possible.
